The justice and peace commission has cautioned youths not to present themselves as violent tools in the hands of politicians.  The commission passed this message in a bid to show concern about the soaring height of violent protests across the country.

Bishop Gabuza said:  “Do not allow yourselves to be used by the politicians who show signs that their primary interest is greed for power and government tenders.”

Gabuza added that violent protests carried out in most parts of the country show that SA politicians have not been vigorous enough in disciplining their candidates and members who are in involved in disrupting rallies of other parties  and factional violence.
